Basket sizes vary and are generally limited to 16 passengers or fewer, making advance bookings essential due to high demand.

Early Start:
- Passengers should be ready at their Lodge or Camp reception desks between 5:00 and 5:30 a.m.
- Pick-up times vary depending on the distance from the take-off site.
Transfer to Take-Off Site:
- Guests will be transferred by road to the take-off location.
Balloon Flight Timing:
- The balloon typically takes off between 6:00 and 6:15 a.m.
- During the flight, passengers will glide over different parts of the Mara Reserve, spotting wildlife below.
Bush Breakfast:
